Every zone is designed for a different style of team activity:

  • Vietnam Village — bamboo bunkers and mock huts, ideal for small-team infiltration exercises
  • Berlin Wall — 100ft central barrier, cover-and-flank tactical play
  • Fort Alamo — attack/defend scenario, requires coordination
  • The Trenches — WWI-inspired zig-zag network, tests communication under pressure
  • Alien Invasion — futuristic obstacle field, playful/high-energy
  • The Village — mock-street combat, close-quarters teamwork
  • The Killing Fields — the traditional open-field capture-the-flag

The site rotates game types through the day so no group plays the same zone twice — variety keeps engagement high.

Booking + payment

  • Invoice terms — 30 days from event date. VAT invoice issued on the day.
  • Company purchase orders accepted — please request in advance
  • Payment methods — bank transfer preferred, cheque accepted, all major cards, no fees
  • Deposit — £250 non-refundable to hold the date (goes toward final invoice)
  • Confirmation numbers up to — 14 days before the event (final headcount)
  • Weather cancellation — we run events in rain (it’s part of the fun) but reserve the right to postpone in dangerous conditions (thunderstorms, high winds). No fee if we postpone.
  • Delegate no-shows — full charge for confirmed numbers (delegate slots are locked in). Better to over-book slightly than have under-attendance.

FAQs

Is your site really a 25-minute drive from central Manchester?

Yes — 25 minutes via the M6 southbound to junction 17, then A50 east to Sandbach and A533 into Brereton Green. Directly on the A50/A533 junction with a signposted turn-off. Coach access is straightforward.

Do you have a minimum group size for corporate days?

Half-day corporate: 8 minimum. Full-day: 12 minimum. Below those minimums we still do bookings, just at our standard “group” (not corporate) rate — around £16-£22 per person.

What happens if it rains?

We run. The zones are wooded so most of the game is under tree cover. We provide waterproof coveralls in addition to your protective kit — most groups actually prefer wet weather (“more authentic,” they say). Only in dangerous weather (thunderstorm, high winds) will we postpone.

Can we hire the whole site exclusively?

Yes — exclusive site hire is available for groups of 40+ on weekdays and 60+ on weekends. £600 supplement. No other groups on-site during your event.

Do you offer bespoke branded coveralls?

Yes if you give us 6+ weeks lead time. We arrange coverall printing with your company logo — cost is £14-£22 per coverall depending on print complexity. Coveralls are yours to keep.

What insurance/documents do you provide?

  • Public liability certificate (£5M cover)
  • Method Statement (full — 12 pages, all game zones covered)
  • Risk Assessment (12 pages — hazards identified, controls specified)
  • Emergency plan (site plan + evacuation routes + first-aid provision)
  • DBS check confirmation for staff (for events with U18s)
  • VAT invoice on the day

Can you accommodate wheelchair-users or delegates with mobility needs?

Yes — one of our zones (Vietnam Village) has all-terrain paths suitable for wheelchair access. Splatmaster (low-impact paintball) is a good alternative for anyone who wants to participate but not on the main-arena games. Please flag any requirements at time of booking.
